Deck overview

A mono-blue flying-tribal control deck built to cast The Lord of the Eagles for a small mana sum once its bird board develops. The primary plan is to deploy evasive flyers and token-makers, use cantrips and combat-draw effects to snowball, then finish under anthems. A secondary engine is Hullbreaker Horror plus Sol Ring for infinite mana, turning Laboratory Maniac, Jace, or Thassa's Oracle into an alternative win. The commander's flash allows instant-speed deployment, and the deck runs a light stax package (Stasis, Winter Orb, Storm Cauldron, Sunder) to stall while the air force kills. Interaction is dense, with nine counterspells including two free ones, making the deck more controlling than aggressive.
