Gandalf wizards by spicyonion

Commander: Gandalf, Party Guest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai Wizard tribal deck, helmed by Gandalf, Party Guest, seeks to weaponize instant and sorcery spells through copiers, cost reduction, and wizard-trigger synergies. The commander's combat-step ability lets you cheat big spells into play for free, while a dense package of extra combat steps and extra turns aims to close the game in a single explosive turn. The primary win path is chaining extra combats (Full Throttle, Savage Beating, World at War) with burn/copy effects (Thousand-Year Storm, Double Vision) or stealing opponents' boards with Insurrection. A backup two-card infinite mana loop (Seething Song + Reiterate) fuels any mana sink. The deck's creature base is almost entirely Wizards, leveraging Harmonic Prodigy, Roaming Throne, and Veyran, Voice of Duality to triple-trigger magecraft and copy spells.
