Surveillance Camera by Afmoad

Commander: Mirko, Obsessive Theorist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Dimir surveil-reanimator midrange deck helmed by Mirko, Obsessive Theorist. The plan is to surveil relentlessly, growing Mirko while stocking the graveyard, then using his end-step trigger to reanimate increasingly large threats (power less than Mirko's) with finality counters. Supporting reanimation (Buried Alive, Victimize, Lively Dirge, Eye of Duskmantle) and value engines (Matoya, Archon Elder, River Kelpie, Search for Azcanta) keep the engine fed. Wins come through combat with reanimated haymakers (Grave Titan, Massacre Wurm, Doom Whisperer, Hexavus) plus drain and mill payoffs (Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Syr Konrad, the Grim, Starving Revenant). There are no infinite combos; the deck grinds value and closes via attrition and board presence. Ultimecia, Time Sorceress offers a late extra turn as a finisher. Mirko is the primary repeatable reanimation engine but the 99 still functions as Dimir value-reanimator without him.
