World Shaper by user4457539

Format: Commander

Commander: Hearthhull, the Worldseed

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Hearthhull, the Worldseed is the center of a Jund land-sacrifice/land-recursion engine. The deck turns lands into cards and extra land drops with Hearthhull's activated ability, then replays those lands with Splendid Reclamation and Aftermath Analyst to trigger landfall and sacrifice payoffs repeatedly. The Gitrog Monster and Dakmor Salvage form a self-mill/draw package, while Soul of Windgrace and Exploration Broodship provide additional land plays and graveyard access. The Exploration Broodship is a valuable lieutenant rather than a hidden commander; the deck is built around Hearthhull's drain and draw. Wins come from repeated Hearthhull drains, Mayhem Devil pings, and hasted token combat under Hammer of Purphoros.
