Deck overview

Laughing Jasper Flint is an outlaw-tribal theft engine: the deck floods the board with Rogues, Warlocks, Mercenaries, and crime tokens to make his upkeep trigger exile more cards from the opponent, then casts those cards with any mana. Secondary paths are crime payoffs such as Gisa and At Knifepoint, pseudo-combat wins via Kefka's free graveyard casts, and mass reanimation. The commander is the main card-advantage pump, but the deck can still function behind Gisa, Kefka, and removal. The plan is to protect Jasper, grow the outlaw count, turn every spell into another player's best spells, and finish with either a huge token swing or Kefka's end-step life-loss.
