Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Grixis Pirate, Assassin, and Vehicle midrange deck commanded by Edward Kenway. The primary game plan focuses on curving out aggressive, low-mana Pirates and Vehicles on Turns 1 through 3 to establish a wide board presence. Deploying Edward Kenway on Turn 4 immediately converts those tapped attackers into a massive burst of Treasure tokens during the end step, accelerating mana and fueling card theft through Vehicle combat damage. On Turn 5, the deck leverages its accumulated Treasure hoard to cast decisive win conditions such as Revel in Riches, Mechanized Production, Time Sieve, or asymmetric board wipes like Raise the Palisade to clear opposing blockers. A robust suite of free and efficient interaction—including Deadly Rollick, Force of Negation, and Swan Song—protects key threats and disrupts opposing game plans. The deck consistently pressures the table, generates overwhelming resource advantage, and reliably closes games on Turn 6.
