Deck overview

This Orzhov deck leverages Killian, Decisive Mentor to combine Aura Voltron aggression with political forced combat. By casting low-cost Auras, the deck taps down potential blockers and goads dangerous opposing creatures, forcing opponents to attack each other while keeping the pilot safe behind pillowfort effects like Ghostly Prison and Eriette of the Charmed Apple. Enchantress engines such as Sram, Senior Edificer and Killian's own combat trigger ensure steady card replenishment as the deck scales. Lethality is achieved by stacking potent stat multipliers like All That Glitters and Ethereal Armor onto Killian or secondary threats, enabling swift commander damage eliminations while wide token engines like Archon of Sun's Grace and Sigil of the Empty Throne provide resilient backup pressure.
