Sisay, Weatherlight Captain by Sereus

Format: Commander

Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a 5-color Sisay, Weatherlight Captain deck built around legendary permanents and fast mana. The primary strategy is to accelerate Sisay's power using cheap legendary creatures and mana dorks, then use her activated ability to tutor a chain of legendary permanents from the library directly onto the battlefield. The deck aims to assemble a game-winning combo or lock, most notably the Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact combo, supported by a dense suite of free countermagic, tutors, and stax pieces like Lavinia, Azorius Renegade and Teferi, Time Raveler. It functions as a fast, resilient combo-control deck.
