Deck overview

This Golgari deck pairs Shadowheart, Dark Justiciar with Acolyte of Bahamut to merge heavy Dragon beatdown with high-velocity card draw. The early game focuses on deploying green ramp and setting up the graveyard with cards like Entomb or natural discards. By Turn 4, the deck cheats high-impact Dragons into play with spells like Reanimate and Animate Dead, or casts them at a discount through Acolyte of Bahamut. Once a high-power Dragon hits the board, Shadowheart can sacrifice it to draw five to seven cards, refueling the hand to chain mass reanimation spells like Living Death and Breach the Multiverse. Flying beaters like Old Gnawbone and Ancient Brass Dragon generate immense resource disparity through combat, overwhelming opponents over two combat rotations.
