Teysa Karlov - The House Always Collects (MP) by AigleFess

Format: Commander

Commander: Teysa Karlov

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a tuned Orzhov aristocrat-combo build that converts Teysa Karlov's trigger-doubling into table-wide life loss. The deck pairs a cEDH-grade tutor-and-ritual package - Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor, Imperial Seal, Entomb, Dark Ritual, Culling the Weak, Lotus Petal, Chrome Mox - with a low 2.55 average curve. Wins come from compact loops: Gravecrawler plus Phyrexian Altar or Ashnod's Altar with any Zombie, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed with Walking Ballista, or Reveillark with Karmic Guide, each finishing through drain payoffs like Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, or The Meathook Massacre. Card flow is supplied by Necropotence, Ad Nauseam, Dark Prophecy, Skullclamp, and Bolas's Citadel, all amplified by Teysa doubling the sixteen death-trigger permanents. Living Death and Yawgmoth's Will provide mass recovery, and every combo line lives entirely in the 99.
