Aesi Landfall by BoldAndBrash

Format: Commander

Commander: Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait is the declared commander and the deck's central draw-and-ramp engine: it grants an extra land drop while turning every landfall into a card. The primary plan is to reach six or more lands and use repeatable land-putters plus Retreat to Coralhelm to loop Simic Growth Chamber, generating infinite landfall. Scute Swarm turns that engine into enough insect tokens to kill all opponents. There is no double-faced commander; Kodama of the East Tree acts as a hidden commander in the 99, chaining lands and permanents when drawn. Mass landfall spells, Boundless Realms, and Treasure from Tireless Provisioner provide a stable fallback when the compact loop is not assembled.
