Bad B elves by Msiv74

Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant is a Golgari Elf-ball commander whose blight trigger turns every Elf ETB into a mini removal effect: opponents put -1/-1 counters on their own creatures while the deck goes wide. The primary plan is to ramp with one-mana Elf dorks, flood the board through Parallel Lives, Doubling Season, Lys Alana Huntmaster, and Elvish Warmaster, then finish with Finale of Devastation into Craterhoof Behemoth for a hasted, trampling swing. Secondary paths are anthem beatdown with Elvish Archdruid, Imperious Perfect, Coat of Arms, or Chronicle of Victory, plus Lathril's life-loss activation. The deck is built around Morcant's -1/-1 synergies, but no hidden commander exists in the 99; Lathril is a secondary payoff rather than a build-around.
