Format: Commander

Commander: Chatterfang, Squirrel General

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Chatterfang is a token doubler/removal engine sitting on top of a Golgari squirrel-combo shell. The primary plan is to make a large pile of Squirrel tokens, then convert them into a table kill through Blasting Station, Phyrexian Altar plus drain triggers, or a Craterhoof/Finale overrun. Secondary lines are commander-independent infinites: Earthcraft + Squirrel Nest with a Station/altar, Scurry Oak + Ivy Lane Denizen, and Basking Broodscale + Sadistic Glee with a sacrifice outlet. The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl acts as a hidden commander, turning a large/infinite Squirrel count into a huge untapped horde. Tutors keep the lines reachable, while Chatterfang's -X/-X ability answers blockers and utility creatures.
