Deck overview

This is a five-color Hero-tribal value-midrange deck helmed by Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.. The commander's Power-up is the central engine: for {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} (reduced by his mana cost the turn he enters), Nick Fury looks at the top seven cards and puts a Hero, Equipment, or Vehicle directly onto the battlefield - a repeatable, stack-bypassing tutor for the deck's entire payload. From there the deck accelerates into large, evasive Heroes (The Mighty Thor, Jane Foster, The Thing, Ben Grimm, Hulk, Gamma Goliath), a counters-and-Equipment synergy package (Doc Samson, Super Psychiatrist, Ant-Man, Colony Commander, six Equipment), and a token/draw layer (Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards, Avengers Assemble!). Wins are completed through combat: flying and trampling Heroes, equipped beats, and The Incredible Hulk's enrage-triggered extra combat. Wonder Man, Hollywood Hero and Echo, Perceptive Prodigy extend the commander's tutor for additional uses in the same game.
