Deck overview

Chatterfang, Squirrel General leads a potent Golgari token and aristocrat deck that blends explosive token multiplication with an instant-speed infinite combo finish. The deck ramps aggressively on the first two turns before casting Chatterfang on Turn 3. Once Chatterfang is in play, every token created—whether Treasure, Food, or Clue—passively generates an equal number of 1/1 green Squirrel tokens through cards like Academy Manufactor, Peregrin Took, and Tireless Provisioner. Card draw engines such as Skullclamp and Plumb the Forbidden convert disposable Squirrels into massive hand refills. The deck closes games primarily through an infinite loop between Chatterfang and Pitiless Plunderer, which produces infinite Treasures, infinite death triggers, and infinite creature removal to drain all three opponents to zero life in a single turn alongside Blood Artist effects. As a backup, the deck overruns opponents via Craterhoof Behemoth or locks creature boards using Grave Pact.
