Crabbo by deadsandstorm

Format: Commander

Commander: Homer, the Hermit

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Homer, the Hermit leads a Sultai landfall-mill deck that turns every land drop into a milling opportunity. The core plan is to amass a board of Crabs, Lobsters, Nautiluses, Starfish, and/or Trilobites, then trigger Homer's ability repeatedly by playing multiple lands each turn (via Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Exploration, The Gitrog Monster, etc.). The mill count per landfall is doubled by each such creature, and cards like Bruvac the Grandiloquent double it again. The deck can also surge its land count with Scapeshift + Splendid Reclamation for a burst of milling. Backup win conditions include Phenax, God of Deception tapping high-toughness creatures to mill and Syr Konrad, the Grim punishing the milled cards. The deck is heavily synergistic but slow, relying on incremental advantage and a single threat axis.
