Commander: Rocco, Street Chef

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Rocco, Street Chef leads a Naya +1/+1 counter and Food deck that turns exile play into board growth. At each end step Rocco exiles the top card of each library and rewards any land or spell played from exile with a +1/+1 counter and a Food token. Counter doublers like Hardened Scales, Conclave Mentor, and Branching Evolution and Food amplifiers like Peregrin Took and Academy Manufactor scale those triggers quickly. Shalai and Hallar acts as a hidden commander, turning every counter into direct damage, while Herd Baloth and Rosie Cotton provide an infinite token/counter loop and a four-piece Food/Treasure loop with Krark-Clan Ironworks and Nuka-Cola Vending Machine offers infinite mana for a combat finish with Akroma's Will.
