Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Bant midrange deck commanded by Yuna, Grand Summoner. The strategy revolves around accelerating mana in the early turns to cast Yuna on Turn 3, then leveraging her Grand Summon ability to deploy creatures with bonus +1/+1 counters starting on Turn 4. The deck rapidly scales its battlefield presence using counter amplifiers like Doubling Season, The Earth Crystal, Hardened Scales, and Zimone, Paradox Sculptor, while drawing cards through Danny Pink, Tidus, Yuna's Guardian, and Bred for the Hunt. It transitions into critical onset on Turn 6 by granting its massive creatures unblockable status through Herald of Secret Streams, double strike through Chocobo Knights, or by resolving one-sided board wipes like Damning Verdict and Wave Goodbye. A comprehensive suite of instant-speed phasing and protection spells (Clever Concealment, Heroic Intervention, Mutational Advantage) shields the wide board from opposing interaction, enabling a reliable table elimination by Turn 7.
