Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Rakdos spellslinger strategy commanded by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer. The plan focuses on generating Wizard tokens and casting cheap instant and sorcery spells to trigger noncombat burn damage against all opponents. In the early turns, the deck deploys mana rocks and low-cost Wizards such as Coruscation Mage and Harmonic Prodigy. Once Kuja enters the battlefield, its end-step ability creates Wizard tokens and transforms it into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied as soon as four Wizards are present. The transformed commander doubles all damage dealt by your Wizards, turning simple cantrips, burn spells, and rituals into heavy table-wide life loss. The deck uses dense redundancy in burn triggers and low-cost spells to close games across one or two turns, supported by free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick to protect its board.
