Deck overview

This deck is a focused Mono-Green Stompy strategy designed to accelerate into oversized, efficient creatures to rapidly reduce the casting cost of Ghalta, Primal Hunger to just two green mana. By deploying low-cost mana dorks on Turn 1 and over-statted threats like Steel Leaf Champion, Pugnacious Hammerskull, and Gigantosaurus on Turns 2 and 3, the deck can reliably assemble a 12/12 trampling commander by Turn 4. The deck leverages power-matters draw engines such as Elemental Bond, Garruk's Uprising, and Rishkar's Expertise to maintain hand size and dig for force multipliers like Unnatural Growth and Overwhelming Stampede. While extremely potent in fair combat and resilient to single-target removal thanks to backup beaters, its sequential combat clock leaves it vulnerable to creature sweepers and table-wide interaction across multiple turn cycles.
