Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact aggro strategy that leverages Sai, Master Thopterist to convert cheap artifact spells into a wide air force of 1/1 flying Thopter tokens. The deck ramps early using low-cost mana rocks and cost reducers like Etherium Sculptor, establishing its commander by turn 3. Once assembled, it floods the board with utility artifacts that trigger Sai, drawing cards through Thopter Spy Network, Shimmer Dragon, and Sai's sacrifice ability. The deck transitions into a lethal threat on turn 6 by dropping mass pump effects like Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, Forsaken Monument, or Master of Etherium, turning small flyers into lethal combatants. It defends itself with a focused suite of counterspells and pillowfort pieces like Propaganda while grinding down opponents through evasive combat.
