Deck overview

This deck executes an aggressive combat game plan piloted by Kaalia of the Vast. By utilizing early mana rocks and Medallions, it aims to cast Kaalia on turn 3 or 4 and immediately swing to cheat massive Angels, Demons, and Dragons directly onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. Payoffs like Master of Cruelties allow sudden player eliminations, while Drakuseth, Maw of Flames and Lathliss, Dragon Queen flood the board with overwhelming aerial power. The list also incorporates a backup infinite combat loop with Helm of the Host and Aurelia, the Warleader. While vulnerable to early spot removal targeting its commander, the deck maintains resilience through lifegain synergies, selective protection spells, and hardcastable high-end flyers that close out games over multiple combat phases.
