Edgar Markov by MrAlarik

Commander: Edgar Markov

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Edgar Markov commands a high-velocity Mardu vampire tribal deck that overwhelms opponents through relentless token generation and lethal life-drain synergies. His eminence ability guarantees a free 1/1 vampire token with every vampire cast, rapidly establishing a wide battlefield presence straight from the command zone. The deck converts this swarm into victory through massive anthem effects like Shared Animosity and Legion Lieutenant, burst damage via Sanctum Seeker and Bloodletter of Aclazotz, or decisive combat finishes with Akroma's Will. When combat stalls, tutors assemble compact infinite-drain combinations like Exquisite Blood alongside Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Bloodthirsty Conqueror, or Marauding Blight-Priest to instantly close out the game.
