Deck overview

The deck uses early toxic and infect creatures to give each opponent three poison counters, then casts Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa to turn corruption into repeatable card access. Evolution Sage, Bloated Contaminator, Cankerbloom, and other proliferate effects raise all poison totals while the deck uses the exiled cards from Ixhel to maintain its board. Ramp is respectable, with Sol Ring, mana creatures, land-search spells, and two-mana rocks, but several lands enter tapped and the deck has no reliable stack interaction. The primary plan usually assembles around turn 6, becomes a must-answer engine around turn 7, and can reach ten poison on all opponents around turn 10 if proliferate and combat continue. Triumph of the Hordes, Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, and Tyrranax Rex provide alternate combat finishes. The main weakness is that the poison engine needs multiple turns and vulnerable creatures.
