Deck overview

Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow is a UB tempo-drain deck that turns unblockable 1-drops into repeated Ninja combat triggers. The primary plan is to connect with as many Ninjas as possible each combat, stacking Yuriko's reveal triggers with high-mana cards such as Shadow of Mortality and Temporal Trespass to drain all opponents. Satoru Umezawa functions as a hidden commander, granting every creature card ninjutsu and allowing huge threats to enter tapped and attacking. Secondary axes include type-changing enchantments that turn all attackers into Ninjas and a slow Hullbreaker/Tidespout bounce engine. The deck wins through symmetric life loss plus evasive combat, with enough counters and bounce to protect its combat turns.
