The Hippo [Phelddagrif] King of Combo 🦛 👑 [Current list] by Ozean603

Commander: Phelddagrif

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Bant deck transforms Phelddagrif from a traditional group-hug commander into a lethal combo outlet and infinite mana sink. The deck accelerates through a dense suite of 1-drop mana dorks and efficient mana rocks into multiple compact infinite mana engines: Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal, Pemmin's Aura enchanting multi-mana creatures like Bloom Tender or Faeburrow Elder, and Intruder Alarm paired with Phelddagrif. Once infinite mana is generated, the deck wins immediately by casting Walking Ballista or gifting infinite Hippo tokens to opponents while Suture Priest drains their life totals to zero. The deck supports this game plan with format-tier reactive countermagic, flexible creature and artifact tutors, powerful card draw engines like Rhystic Study and The One Ring, and decisive silence effects like Grand Abolisher, Silence, and Ranger-Captain of Eos that guarantee uninterrupted win attempts.
