Deck overview

This mono-red list is an explosive spellslinger-aggro combo deck piloted by Zada, Hedron Grinder. The deck focuses on developing a wide board of low-cost Goblin tokens across the first three turns before resolving Zada on Turn 4. Once Zada is on the battlefield, single-target cantrips such as Crimson Wisps, Expedite, and Fists of Flame trigger Zada's ability to copy the spell for every creature controlled, drawing massive amounts of cards for minimal mana. These card bursts chain into ritual mana producers like Battle Hymn, Brightstone Ritual, and Storm-Kiln Artist, generating surplus mana to storm through the deck. The sequence closes the game on the exact same turn through lethal mass combat with trample and power buffs, or through direct damage triggers from Impact Tremors, General Kreat, the Boltbringer, Goblin Bombardment, and Grapeshot.
