Deck overview

This deck is a colorless artifact midrange strategy led by Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter. The commander grants flash to colorless and artifact spells while growing larger whenever higher-cost spells are cast. The deck's primary route to victory is deploying resilient, evasive artifact threats and equipping them with heavy hitters such as Scytheclaw, Loxodon Warhammer, and Aettir and Priwen. A dense package of mana rocks accelerates deployment, allowing threats to hit the board ahead of standard curves. It also holds an infinite colorless mana combo through Basalt Monolith and Forsaken Monument. However, the deck is constrained by colorless limitations: it lacks efficient instant-speed interaction and reliable nonland tutors, meaning it relies heavily on natural card draw to assemble its key engines and must grind out opponents through sequential combat steps.
