Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul artifact-token stompy strategy commanded by Aerid Konstrari. The core game plan focuses on deploying efficient low-cost ramp on Turns 1 and 2 to cast Aerid on Turn 3 or 4. Aerid enters the battlefield and creates Heartwood artifact tokens that tap for red or green mana. The deck leverages token doublers like Parallel Lives and Doubling Season, mana amplifiers like Nyxbloom Ancient, and utility powerhouses like Roxanne, Starfall Savant to produce massive mana reserves. On Turn 6, the deck converts its wide board of artifact tokens and creatures into lethal combat pressure via Craterclaw Colossus, Craterhoof Behemoth, or Aerid's repeatable pump ability. While the deck possesses tremendous mana velocity and devastating combat finishes, it relies on natural draws for non-creature cards and must expose its creature board across multiple combat steps to defeat the entire table.
