Deck overview

Roxanne, Starfall Savant commands an aggressive Gruul artifact-token and burn archetype that converts token generation into explosive mana ramp and table-wide noncombat damage. The deck accelerates Roxanne onto the battlefield by Turn 3 or 4, where she immediately creates Meteorite tokens that provide targeted creature removal while functioning as permanent double-mana rocks. As Roxanne attacks and triggers token doublers such as Parallel Lives, Panharmonicon, and Academy Manufactor, the battlefield rapidly floods with artifact tokens. This engine converts each new artifact into direct damage across all opponents via pingers like Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, and Weftstalker Ardent, supercharged by damage multipliers including Fiery Emancipation and Solphim, Mayhem Dominus. Excess mana is channeled into game-ending burn spells like Crackle with Power or massive Dragon strikes from Hellkite Igniter. While vulnerable to artifact wipes and lacking stack countermagic, Roxanne presents a resilient, proactive clock that closes out games in single-turn bursts.
