IROH BARATICO by M4s40

Format: Commander

Commander: Iroh, Grand Lotus

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

The deck is a Temur spell-storm deck built around Iroh's flashback ability. Its main plan is to load instants and sorceries into the graveyard early, resolve Iroh by turns 4-6, then flash back cheap rituals, draw spells, and removal in a chain. Birgi, Urabrask, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Stormcatch-worthy spells refund mana, while draw engines such as Song of Creation, Secrets of the Dead, and Archmage Emeritus refuel the chain. Lessons are a second channel: Iroh gives every Lesson flashback for {1}, which makes Shared Roots, True Ancestry, Introduction to Prophecy, and Origin of Metalbending flexible one-mana tricks. The finished spell count is closed by Fiery Inscription damage, Urabrask pings, Snort, or a stormed Grapeshot. There is no hidden commander; the MDFC engines are supports, not replacements for Iroh.
