Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Aggro deck led by Saskia the Unyielding that uses the Infect mechanic to eliminate a multiplayer table rapidly. Because combat damage dealt by a creature with infect causes Saskia the Unyielding's triggered ability to deal noncombat damage as poison counters, a single unblocked attacker can infect two players simultaneously. The deck utilizes dense 2-CMC green ramp to deploy threats like Phyrexian Crusader, Plague Stinger, and Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon ahead of curve. Pump spells like Invigorate, Scale Up, and Hatred turn minor evasive creatures into lethal one-shot threats. While the list lacks blue countermagic and infinite combos, it compensates with strong protective instants (Teferi's Protection, Heroic Intervention) and explosive extra-combat spells (Aurelia, the Warleader, World at War) to close out the entire table by Turn 6.
