Tannuk, Steadfast Second (duplicated from darknesstorm) by Darknesstorm

Format: Commander

Commander: Tannuk, Steadfast Second

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Tannuk, Steadfast Second turns every red creature and artifact in hand into a hasty, one-turn threat via warp, letting this mono-red deck deploy massive dragons and game-ending artifacts ahead of schedule. The primary plan is to resolve Tannuk, then warp or Sneak Attack Blightsteel Colossus and chain extra combat steps from Port Razer, Scourge of the Throne, or Combat Celebrant to poison all opponents. Secondary lines use Chandra's Ignition on a huge beater, Dragonhawk/Terror of the Peaks value, and Hellkite Tyrant's artifact swing. Sneak Attack and Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded function as a hidden second engine. The commander is essential for speed but not strictly required for the core plan.
