Deck overview

This is a Mardu Villain tribal deck helmed by Thanos, the Mad Titan, a 4/4 deathtouch lifelinker whose one-time power-up ability can wipe the board of creatures with a chosen mana parity. The deck aims to build a wide board of Villain creatures-many with power-up abilities, token generation, and value engines like Madame Hydra, Baron Strucker, HYDRA Overlord, and Doctor Doom-then overwhelm opponents through combat damage, drain effects, and occasional combos like Tree of Perdition plus Vraska, Betrayal's Sting. The deck lacks fast mana or tutors, relying on incremental card advantage from monarch, Idol of Oblivion, and Super-Skrull to grind out games. It is a midrange value deck that wins through sustained pressure rather than explosive turns.
