Commander: Toph, the First Metalbender

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Toph, the First Metalbender is a Naya landfall/artifact hybrid. The commander's static makes every nontoken artifact-Sol Ring, vehicles, Signets-a land in addition to its types, boosting land count and giving earthbend a huge pool of targets. The deck wins by flooding the battlefield with landfall tokens from Scute Swarm, Avenger of Zendikar, and Eusocial Engineering, then anointing them with +1/+1 and haste from Glacier Godmaw or Drix Fatemaker. Earthbending spells and Toph, the Blind Bandit in the 99 animate lands as trampling attackers. Point the Way and Harrow create multiple land drops in one turn, turning one Scute into an army.
