Deck overview

This is a draw-matters tempo/value deck built to weaponize card draw in the command zone. The Locust God converts every card drawn into a hasty flying Insect token, so the entire 99 is pointed at drawing in volume: wheels (Windfall, Time Reversal, Echo of Eons, Day's Undoing), X-draw spells (Blue Sun's Zenith, Stroke of Genius, Finale of Revelation), and repeatable engines (Consecrated Sphinx, Arjun, the Shifting Flame, Teferi's Ageless Insight, Insight Engine). The locust swarm does most of the killing, supported by a proliferate subtheme - Inexorable Tide, Contagion Engine, Karn's Bastion, Expansion Algorithm - that grows +1/+1 payoff creatures like Iron Man, Armored Avenger, Krang, the All-Powerful, and Wizard Class. Alternate wins are cumulative table-drain via Psychosis Crawler and mass mill via The Water Crystal/Drown in Dreams. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins by chaining draw spells into overwhelming board presence and table-wide drain in the mid-game.
