Commander: Phabine, Boss's Confidant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Phabine is a Naya parley engine that converts every combat into card draw, token generation, and a temporary team-wide pump. The deck's primary plan is to develop a wide board of Citizen, Human, Spirit, and Angel tokens, then attack each opponent down with a critical mass generated by Phabine and populate effects. Secondary paths use Insurrection, Mob Rule, or Master Warcraft to steal or redirect the table's forces, and goad/monarch cards keep pressure off the commander. The commander's role is the deck's central engine, providing haste, token burst, counter-pump, and card draw each turn; there is no true hidden commander, though Trostani, Selesnya's Voice is the most important sub-commander.
