Age of Ultron by DeltaGX

Format: Commander

Commander: Ultron, Artificial Malevolence

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Helmed by Ultron, Artificial Malevolence, this colorless artifact deck leverages token copy-fabrication to turn every nontoken artifact that enters into a multiplying threat. The game plan is to ramp early (Urza-lands, mana rocks), deploy Ultron, begin copying value-laden artifacts like Ichor Wellspring, Prized Statue, or Spine of Ish Sah, and eventually overwhelm opponents with a board of cloned bombs such as Krang, Utrom Warlord, Portal to Phyrexia, or Ugin, Eye of the Storms. The deck also contains a recursion sub-theme (Scrap Trawler, Myr Retriever) to withstand wipes and recover quickly. Its primary win path is combat damage from an army of artifact creatures and token copies, often with evasion granted by Krang or Chimil, the Inner Sun, but it can also lock opponents out via repeated ETB effects.
