Deck overview

This deck is a Boros midrange strategy commanded by Quintorius, History Chaser. It leverages cards leaving the graveyard to create an army of 3/2 Spirit creature tokens while using planeswalker loyalty abilities for continuous card flow. Early turns establish mana acceleration and discard outlets like Faithless Looting, Containment Construct, and Squee, Goblin Nabob. Once Quintorius enters on Turn 4, it loots cards into the graveyard and triggers token generation whenever cards are exiled, cast via flashback, or returned to hand or battlefield. Midgame turns expand the token board using reanimation engines like Sun Titan, Serra Paragon, and Excava, the Risen Past. The deck closes out games on Turn 8 by overwhelming the table through combat damage, buffing Spirits with anthems like Hofri Ghostforge, casting Moonshaker Cavalry, or activating Quintorius's −4 ability to give all Spirits double strike and vigilance.
