Deck overview

The Queen of Dale is a mono-white sticky aggro deck that uses its commander as a card advantage engine. Each opponent's first noncreature spell each turn triggers recruit: you draw then discard, and create a 1/1 Human if you discarded a nonland. Caretaker's Talent, Welcoming Vampire, Enduring Innocence and Tocasia's Welcome turn those tokens into about three cards per turn cycle, while Sand Scout makes an extra token when you discard a land. You fill the graveyard to recur lands and permanents with Planar Birth, Redress Fate and Serra Paragon, then win by going wide into Moonshaker Cavalry, Champions from Beyond, or Divine Visitation and Angelic Aberration which upgrade tokens to 4/4 angels. Smothering Tithe is the hidden engine for ramp and for the infinite mill line.
