Lathril, Blade of the Elves leads a Golgari Elf tribal swarm that wins by going wide and converting board presence into direct damage. The primary plan uses Lathril's combat damage to create Elf tokens and then taps ten untapped Elves to drain each opponent for 10 life, often over two activations. Secondary paths use the same wide board for one-shot overruns with Craterhoof Behemoth, Triumph of the Hordes infect, Coat of Arms, or a large Torment of Hailfire fueled by Priest of Titania and Circle of Dreams Druid mana. Lathril acts as token engine and drain outlet, while Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler and Marwyn, the Nurturer serve as hidden engines that provide haste, untaps, and explosive mana.
