Deck overview

This Orzhov lifegain/drain deck helmed by Sorin of House Markov leverages extort, soul sisters, and value engines to fuel infinite drain combos. The primary win condition is an infinite loop using Bloodthirsty Conqueror with either Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose or Enduring Tenacity; any life gain trigger (extort, Soul Warden effects) starts the chain. The commander can flip into a planeswalker for additional reach, but the core plan lives in the 99. Backup wins include Exsanguinate, Debt to the Deathless, and Bolas's Citadel. The deck is built around a high density of life gain triggers, efficient tutors, and draw engines to assemble its combo consistently.
