Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck leverages Thada Adel, Acquisitor to turn opposing libraries into personal resource hubs. By ensuring opponents control Islands through cards like Spreading Seas, Aquitect's Will, and Tidal Warrior, Thada attacks unblocked starting on Turn 4 to exile and cast opposing mana rocks, utility artifacts, and win conditions. The deck secures card advantage with curiosity effects and artifact engines while defending its board with efficient counterspells, target redirection, and shroud equipment like Cloak and Dagger. Once an extensive artifact infrastructure is assembled, the deck pivots into lethal pressure using Cyberdrive Awakener to animate all noncreature artifacts into flying 4/4 beaters, Stormtide Leviathan to lock ground combat while swinging unblocked, or Urza, Lord High Artificer to overwhelm the table with massive Construct tokens.
