Deck overview

Azorius Vehicles value deck built around Miles "Tails" Prower. It deploys cheap Vehicles, uses Tails to give non-flying Vehicles flying and draw a card whenever a flying Vehicle enters, then converts that velocity into land drops and artifact synergies. Parhelion II and the Angel tokens it creates are the primary finisher; Approach of the Second Sun is a backup win once the draw engine is established. The Omenkeel side of Cosima offers a second land/Vehicle engine. The deck is a midrange board-press strategy that wins through evasion, incremental card advantage, and a late haymaker rather than a deterministic combo.
