Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Abzan landfall and graveyard midrange strategy commanded by The Necrobloom. The game plan revolves around accelerating mana in the early turns, establishing The Necrobloom, and leveraging its static ability to dredge lands from the graveyard while churning out 0/1 Plant and 2/2 Zombie tokens. The deck rapidly converts land recursion tools like Life from the Loam, Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, and Aftermath Analyst into overwhelming resource advantage. Opponents face severe tempo friction through asymmetric pieces such as Thalia and The Gitrog Monster, Aura Shards, and recurring Bojuka Bog activations. Once a wide token board is assembled, the deck closes the game decisively on Turn 6 using explosive payoffs including Craterhoof Behemoth, Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, and Scapeshift land dumps. Heavy redundancy across recursion, tutoring, and token generation ensures exceptional engine resilience against single-target interaction and sweepers.
