Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Midrange and Stompy build centered on Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk. The strategy deploys Bruce Banner on Turn 1 to provide early card filtering if needed, while using 2- and 3-mana ramp spells to reach six mana by Turn 5. Once six mana is available, Bruce Banner transforms into The Incredible Hulk, an 8/8 trampler with Reach and an Enrage trigger that grants extra combat phases whenever he takes damage. The deck supports this game plan with heavy +1/+1 counter synergies like Innkeeper's Talent and Quilled Greatwurm, alongside combat amplifiers like Pyrewood Gearhulk and Halana and Alena, Partners. While the list features a synergistic combat loop using Desert and Lost Jitte to ping Hulk repeatedly, it primarily wins through overwhelming combat damage and commander pressure over three response cycles. It backs up its proactive board with targeted countermagic, flexible removal, and hexproof equipment.
