Tidus, Yuna's Guardian by Tapion1981

Format: Commander

Commander: Tidus, Yuna's Guardian

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The deck is a Bant +1/+1 counter deck built around Tidus, Yuna's Guardian, who moves counters at combat and turns the Cheer trigger into card draw plus proliferate. The main plan is to accumulate counters on a wide board through cards like Hardened Scales, Innkeeper's Talent, and Kami of Whispered Hopes, drawing with Bred for the Hunt and Armorcraft Judge, then finish with a big Akroma's Will or Chocobo Knights attack. The secondary, faster line is the Walking Ballista combo: any one counter multiplier plus Gatta and Luzzu and Walking Ballista generates infinite counters and shoots all opponents. The commander is an engine, not a combo piece.
