Deck overview

This Bant Midrange deck is commanded by Tidus, Yuna's Guardian and focuses on +1/+1 counter distribution, proliferation, and combat evasion. Early turns focus on establishing mana dorks and counter seeds like Incubation Druid, Hardened Scales, and Gyre Sage. Casting Tidus on turn 3 allows the deck to manipulate counters and trigger Cheer to draw cards and proliferate each turn. Mid-game turns scale the board rapidly using doublers like Branching Evolution and Doubling Season, while Saga summons and thematic Guardians provide utility and board control. Evasion outlets such as Herald of Secret Streams, Sphere Grid, and Rikku, Resourceful Guardian convert massive counter growth into lethal, unblockable attacks against all opponents across consecutive turns.
