Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Temur stompy and burn engine commanded by Eshki, Temur's Roar. By exploiting undercosted creatures with printed power of 4 or 6—such as Slumbering Trudge, Bristlebane Battler, Dreamtide Whale, and Wistfulness—the deck bypasses normal mana curves to trigger Eshki's growth, card draw, and table-wide burn on cast. Dense early ramp ensures a consistent Turn 2 Eshki and Turn 3 engine activation. On Turn 4, the deck chains discounted spells, cycling through its library while growing Eshki and wiping opposing boards via Chandra's Incinerator. By Turn 5, damage amplifiers like Solphim, Mayhem Dominus and Terror of the Peaks finish off all three opponents in a single coordinated turn. Backed by cheap, flexible protection like Fierce Guardianship and Deflecting Swat, the deck maintains aggressive momentum while shielding its engine.
