Commander: Obyra, Dreaming Duelist

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Obyra, Dreaming Duelist leads a flash-heavy Faerie tempo deck. The primary plan is to deploy cheap Faeries, often during opponents' turns, so Obyra converts each entry into one point of life loss against each opponent while Alela, Cunning Conqueror and Nymris produce extra tokens and cards. Bitterblossom and token makers build a flying army, and Scion of Oona plus Tegwyll pump it. The secondary path is a single Notorious Throng turn: attack with a Rogue, create X Faeries with prowl, let Obyra turn that flood into mass drain, then take the extra turn to attack for the remainder. There is no hidden commander; Talion, the Kindly Lord and Oona, Queen of the Fae are supporting value engines.
